(a) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 941.01 through 941.19, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for the first offense, and sixty dollars ($60.00) for each subsequent offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Section 941.20 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense, and a fourth degree misdemeanor on each subsequent offense. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2003-58. Passed 6-9-03.)
