(a) In the event of nonpayment of the entire utilities bill the City, after proper notice, shall discontinue all utility service that is water, sewerage and sanitation collection, to such premises supplied by the City until such unpaid water, sewer or sanitation charges have been paid in full.
(b) In the event water service is discontinued to any residential or commercial account due to nonpayment of any utility bill, the City shall assess a thirty dollar ($30.00) special trip charge in advance of such time as the utility services are restored.
(c) In the event that the water service is discontinued and the service is in a name other than the property owner’s, the property owner shall be notified at the time of the discontinuance of service of the disconnect and the amount due. (Ord. 1995-90. Passed 10-23-95.)
