929.10 INSTALLATION AND REPAIR OF METERS; RESPONSIBILITY OF DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES.

The Department of Public Utilities shall furnish, install and keep in repair all meters made by the City. All meters, insofar as it is possible, shall be installed at the curb.
