929.08 USE OF FIRE HYDRANTS OUTSIDE OF CORPORATE LIMITS; AUTHORITY OF CITY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES.

The use of fire hydrants installed outside of the corporate limits of the City for all purposes, other than for firefighting and for inspection by the duly authorized agents and employees of the political subdivision, shall be under the jurisdiction of the Department of Public Utilities-Water of the City and such hydrants shall not be used without its permission.
