925.25 CONNECTION OF PRIVATE SEWERS; APPROVAL REQUIRED.

Before any old or private drain or sewer is connected with the sewerage system the owner of the private drain or sewer shall prove to the satisfaction of the Department of Engineering that it is clean and conforms in every respect with this chapter.
