925.03 PLUMBING AND SEWER BUILDING; NOTICE AND PLANS.

Every plumber and sewer builder, before doing any work connected with any sewer, shall file with the Department of Engineering a notice and drawing of the work to be performed, and no such work shall be done without the approval of the Department of Engineering.
