Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be punished as provided by Section 901.99, and any person who makes an illegal connection to a sewer shall, when ordered by the City Engineer, remove such connection within thirty days of the date of such notice. Each day the illegal connection continues beyond the thirtieth day after notice shall be considered a new offense.
