921.03 OBSTRUCTING SEWERS AND DRAINS.
   No article of obstruction of any kind whatever of a tougher or harder texture than newspaper or toilet paper shall be placed, thrown or deposited in any catch basin, sewer, or drain in the City. (Ord. 2016-152. Passed 11-14-16.)
