901.20 VENDING ICE CREAM FROM VEHICLES.

The selling or vending of any ice cream or frozen confection from any vehicle upon the streets or sidewalks of the City, is hereby permitted in areas zoned as residential excepting streets with a posted speed of thirty-five (35) mph or higher.
