All plumbing, electrical, building and other work on or at any camp licensed under this chapter shall be in accordance with the Building Code, the Plumbing Code, other provisions of these Codified Ordinances and other ordinances of the City, and the laws of the State regulating such work, unless such provisions of ordinances and laws are specifically made inapplicable under the terms of this chapter.
