(a) Every trailer or tourist camp shall be located on a well drained area, and the premises shall be properly graded so as to prevent the accumulation of storm or other waters.
(b) Units and cabin plots shall be clearly designated and the camp so arranged that all units and cabin plots shall face or abut on a driveway of not less than twenty-four feet in width, giving easy access from all units to a public street. Such driveway shall be maintained in good condition, be well lighted at night and shall not be obstructed.
(c) No cottage or cabin used for sleeping or living quarters shall be less than 120 square feet and not less than ten feet wide at its narrowest point and not less than seven feet two inches high from the floor to the ceiling and shall not have less than two movable windows totaling ten square feet of light area, properly and fully screened. If the floor is of wood, it shall be raised not less than twelve inches above the ground level.
