All licenses required by this chapter shall be granted by the City Manager. The City Manager shall have the power to require the approval of the applications for licenses by the Fire Chief, the City Engineer, the City Electrician and the Commissioner of Health. Licenses issued under the terms of this chapter shall convey no right to erect any building or to do any plumbing or electrical work. (Ord. 2016-156. Passed 11-14-16.)
