(b) "Trailer camp" means any park, trailer park, trailer court, court, camp, site, lot, parcel or tract of land designed, maintained or intended for the purpose of supplying a location or accommodations for any trailer coach and upon which any trailer coach is parked, and shall include all buildings used or intended for use as a part of the equipment thereof whether a charge is made for the use of the trailer camp and its facilities or not.
Trailer camp, however, shall not be construed to mean a lot or parcel of land upon which a dwelling is located, where the owner of the lot or parcel, his family or guests are the occupants of such trailer, provided that no charge is made for the use of such trailer, and provided further that the number of trailers on such lot or parcel does not exceed one. "Trailer camp" and "mobile home" do not include automobile or trailer sales lots on which unoccupied trailers or mobile homes are parked for the purposes of inspection and sale, except where trailers or mobile homes are placed on a specific lot and are to be occupied by the purchaser on such lot.
