Whenever it shall appear, upon investigation by the City Manager, that a license hereunder has been obtained by misrepresentation, the City Manager shall notify the City Auditor of such facts and the Auditor shall thereupon revoke the license.
No driver of a taxicab shall drive a taxicab during a period for which his license has been suspended.
Upon violation by any driver of a taxicab of any provisions of this chapter, or of any traffic ordinance of the City, or if any such driver shall violate any ordinance of the City or law of the State involving moral turpitude or be found guilty of intoxication, in addition to being subject to the penalty as provided in Section 745.99, the City Manager may direct the City Auditor to suspend forthwith any license issued by him to such driver for a period not to exceed the unexpired period of the license, or for a period of ninety days, whichever is the longer.
