745.28 OPERATION WITHOUT A LICENSE.

No person shall operate or permit to be operated for hire a taxicab not licensed. Whoever violates this section shall, in addition to the penalty provided in Section 745.99, be barred from operating a taxicab within the City for a period of one year from the date of the conviction.
