745.27 DISPOSITION OF LICENSE UPON DISCONTINUANCE OF
OPERATION.
Every person to whom a license has been issued under the provisions of Sections 745.18 through 745.29 shall, upon discontinuing or abandoning the operation of a taxicab, prior to the expiration of the license, return such license to the City Auditor unless the same has been lost or destroyed.
