745.14 TRANSPORTING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.

No person shall use any taxicab to pick up, deliver or in any manner transport alcoholic beverages of any type. Possession of such material within any taxicab shall be grounds for the suspension of the license of such taxicab and the suspension of the taxicab driver's license of the operator, in addition to the penalty provided in Section 745.99.
