745.09 SIZE AND DISPLAY OF RATE CARDS.

Every taxicab licensed as provided in this chapter shall carry in it at all times a rate card which shall be not less than three inches by five inches, and shall be mounted under a transparent cover in the rear compartment or interior of the vehicle, in such a position that it can be easily read by the occupants thereof.
