745.01 DEFINITIONS.

(a) "Taxicab" means any vehicle propelled by power other than muscular, except omnibuses, funeral cars and public buses for the use of which, in the carriage of passengers, a charge is made.

(b) "Person" means an individual, firm, corporation or other legal entity.
