737.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Junk" means old or scrap copper, brass, rope, rags, batteries, paper, used lumber, rubber, junked, dismantled or wrecked automobiles or parts thereof, iron, steel and other old or scrap ferrous or nonferrous materials, junked or dismantled plumbing fixtures and fittings, including, but not limited to, bathtubs, commodes, tanks, septic tanks, hot water tanks and all other items of a similar kind, character or nature.
   (b)   "Junk yard" means an establishment or place of business which is maintained or operated for the purpose of storing, keeping, buying or selling junk.
   (c)   "Person" means an individual, partnership, association or corporation.
   (d)   "Fence" means an enclosure at least six feet in height so constructed and maintained as to obscure the junk in such enclosure from ordinary view to those persons passing upon the streets, sidewalks or avenues within the City.
