705.32 ITINERANT VENDORS; EXEMPTIONS.

The provisions of Section 705.31 shall not apply to sales made to dealers by commercial travelers or selling agents in the usual course of business, nor to bona fide goods, wares and merchandise by samples for future delivery, nor to peddlers or hucksters.
