705.19 PUSHCARTS FOR COLLECTING JUNK.

Every person who shall engage in the business of operating a pushcart or other similar vehicle within the City for the purpose of collecting trash, rubbish, junk or other personal property, shall pay a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per annum.
