No license granted or issued under any of the provisions of this chapter shall in any manner be assigned or transferred. No license shall authorize any person other than the one named in the license to do business. No license shall authorize any other business than is named in the license to be done or transacted at any place other than is named in the license without the permission of the City Manager endorsed thereon. The City Auditor shall, at the time of the granting of such permission, immediately record such change or transfer upon the proper record. (Ord. 2016-88. Passed 9-26-16.)
