543.06 FAILURE TO FURNISH INFORMATION.
   (a)   No person required by any provision of this chapter to furnish a report or information shall fail, neglect or refuse to make such report or furnish such information, photograph or fingerprints, or fail, neglect or refuse to furnish the same within the time prescribed, or fail, neglect or refuse to furnish to the Bureau of Identification, within such time, any information, photograph or fingerprints required to be furnished by any provision of this chapter, or furnish any false, untrue or misleading information on, or statement relating to, any information required to be made or furnished.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
