529.09 SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR ON SUNDAY.
   (a)   No person shall sell or offer for sale or give away intoxicating liquor within the City between the hours of 12:00 midnight on Saturday and 12:00 midnight on Sunday, except upon the order of a practicing physician given in the regular line of his practice and except for persons having a permit from the State Department of Liquor Control authorizing sale of intoxicating liquor on Sundays. This section prohibiting the sale of intoxicating liquor on Sunday shall apply without exception to any and all holders of permits issued by the State Department of Liquor Control as well as any and all other persons not having such permits.
   This section shall not be construed to prohibit the sale of commodities other than intoxicating liquor between the hours of 12:00 midnight on Saturday to 12:00 midnight on Sunday, where the holder of any such permit authorizing the sale of intoxicating liquor is engaged in the sale of other commodities, the sale of which is not unlawful.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
529.10 MAINTAINING GAMBLING DEVICES WHERE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD.
   (a)   No person, being the holder of a permit authorizing the sale of beer and intoxicating liquor or alcohol, issued by the State Department of Liquor Control in force at the time, either directly or indirectly, himself or by his clerk, agent or employee, and no agent or employee of such permit holder, shall have, harbor, exhibit, possess or employ, or allow to be kept, exhibited or used in, upon or about the premises designated in such permit, any device, machine or apparatus which may or can be used for gaming or wagering.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
529.11 DISORDERLY CONDUCT IN PLACES WHERE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD.
   (a)   No person, being the holder of a permit issued by the State Department of Liquor Control for the sale of beer and intoxicating liquor, in force at the time, shall permit the place designated in such permit where such beer and intoxicating liquor may be sold or offered for sale, to be used, frequented or resorted to by any riotous, noisy or disorderly persons. Nor shall such person permit any breach of the peace or disturbance of public order and decorum by noisy, riotous and disorderly conduct in such place.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
529.12 EVIDENCE OF FACTS WHEN VIOLATION OF CHAPTER CHARGED.
   A certificate signed by the Director of the State Department of Liquor Control to which is affixed the official seal of the Department stating that it appears from the records of such Department that no permit has been issued to the person specified therein or that a permit if issued has been revoked, cancelled or suspended, shall be received as prima-facie evidence of the facts therein recited in a court of competent jurisdiction to hear offenses charged under this chapter.
