(A) The Laguna Madre Community Ambulance Service has contacted the City Commission requesting that the city take over the ambulance service, all of its assets and accounts receivable.
(B) The Laguna Madre Community Ambulance Service is also requesting that it be understood that service is to be furnished to Laguna Vista Town site, Laguna Heights and the Town of South Padre Island if they ask for assistance.
(C) The City Commission will accept the ambulance service, assets and accounts receivable as offered by the Laguna Madre Community Ambulance Service, upon the preparation of the legal transfer documents and the execution of same.
