§ 33.48 PARKING AREAS TO WHICH THIS SUBCHAPTER APPLIES.
   The provisions of Tex. Transportation Code § 681.011 shall apply to a parking space or area for persons with disabilities on private property that is designated and in compliance with the identification requirements of Tex. Transportation Code § 681.009(b).
