§ 33.31 INSURANCE COVERAGE.
   Prior to placing a new member on the Police Reserve Unit, the Chief of Police shall first determine that the City Commission has provided for adequate insurance coverage of the member, the adequacy of the coverage to be determined by the City Commission and further that the member has met any and all bonding requirements as determined by the City Commission.
