§ 33.24 REVIEW OF SUSPENSIONS, DEMOTIONS OR TERMINATIONS.

Any suspensions, demotions or terminations so made are subject to review by the Commanding Officer and Chief of Police, who shall determine if the suspension is to be permanent or temporary. Their decision shall be final.
