(A) Each member of the Police Reserve Unit shall be expected to wear his or her uniform at all regular meetings, other meetings as are scheduled in advance and while performing duties pertaining to Police Department activities.
(B) Each member shall furnish his or her own belts and holster, which shall be black in color. He or she shall also furnish his or her own pistol or revolver which shall be of .32 caliber or larger, and preferably of .38 special caliber. He or she shall wear black shoes or boots when in uniform.
(C) A member will not at any time be permitted to carry a pistol or revolver on or about his or her person or in his or her automobile except under the following conditions:
(1) While proceeding to or from a shooting range; and/or
(2) Upon specific instructions of the Chief of Police.
(D) All weapons shall be kept in excellent service condition at all times.
