§ 33.17 OPERATION.
   (A)   The operation of the Police Reserve Unit shall be subject to the policy determination of the City Commission.
   (B)   The Chief of Police at any time shall have the right to amend the rules and regulations; adjust the policy; suggest procedural changes; and to expand or decrease the membership or disband the City Police Reserve Unit. Any policy changes in the operation of the Reserve Unit shall be subject to review and approval by the City Commission.
