§ 104.13 FEES.
   (A)   Application fee. The application for an event permit for an event taking place on SH 100 shall be subject to the payment of an application fee of $100. No application fee will be collected for events on other rights-of-way.
   (B)   Permit fee. The issuance of a permit shall be subject to the payment of a permit fee as follows:
      (1)   Events on SH 100 lasting less than one hour, $100;
      (2)   Event on SH 100 lasting between one to two hours, $250;
      (3)   Event on SH 100 lasting between two to three hours, $500; and
      (4)   All other events, $50.
   (C)   Additional fees required. All events on SH 100 ending after 10:30 a.m. shall pay an additional fee of $500.
   (D)   Waivers. The payment of fees shall be waived for the City of Port Isabel, the Port Isabel Chamber of Commerce, and the Point Isabel ISD.
