§ 104.11 ALL PERMITS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY AFFECTED JURISDICTIONS.
   All approvals granted by the city shall be subject to the approval of any other municipality within which the event will also occur, as well as the approval of the Texas Department of Transportation for any use of the Queen Isabella Causeway. In the event approval of the event is not granted by any other municipality or the Texas Department of Transportation, the event permit shall be invalid, and any fees paid shall be forfeited to the city.
