§ 104.10 ACTUAL COST TO BE REIMBURSED.
   The event sponsor shall be liable for the payment of the actual cost of all city material, equipment, and personnel used in connection with the event, including, but not limited to, the cost of clean-up following the event. The city may require the event sponsor to pre-pay the estimated cost of city materials, equipment, and personnel.
