(A) In the case of events in which the participants ride horses, motorcycles, or bicycles, all the participants shall proceed in a single group during the entire time they remain on SH 100 or the Queen Isabella Causeway. The event sponsor shall be required to immediately discontinue the participation in the event of any participant not within the single group.
(B) This requirement may be waived by the Chief of Police at his or her discretion.
(C) The event sponsor shall furnish, at his or her expense, a vehicle or vehicles capable of removing any discontinued participant from the public right-of-way.
