§ 104.05 SCHEDULING AND DURATION OF EVENT.
   (A)   Restricted dates. No event on SH 100 shall be permitted to be held between Labor Day and Memorial Day, nor during the month of March, nor in the week preceding Easter, nor on Easter Day.
   (B)   Restricted times. No event on SH 100 shall be permitted before 5:00 a.m. nor after 11:00 a.m. on any day.
   (C)   Length of event. No event on SH 100 shall be permitted to extend longer than three hours.
