§ 150.07 HOMEOWNER REQUIREMENTS.

Homeowners may perform electrical, plumbing and mechanical installation and repairs to their existing residence. However, in the event that any permitted work fails two consecutive inspections, the homeowner shall be required to obtain the services of a licensed contractor to complete the permitted work.
