§ 160.240 DEFINITIONS.
   The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this subchapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
   ABANDONED. Any structure that has not been in use for more than six months, or for which the required liability insurance is not in place, or which otherwise does not meet the continuing requirements of this subchapter.
   AGGREGATE HEIGHT. The total height of the structure, including any structure upon which it is attached, as measured from the ground to its highest point.
   ELEVATED STRUCTURES. Means and includes:
      (1)   Any free-standing structure upon which lights, speakers, sirens, antennae, platforms or other items are attached, or which is greater than 30 feet, when measured from the base of the structure to its highest point.
      (2)   Any structure attached to another structure for the purpose of mounting or supporting lights, speakers, sirens, antennae, platforms or other items.
