The procedures of the Parks and Recreation Board are set out below.
(A) The Parks and Recreation Board shall establish the regular meetings of the Board, which shall be held in a public place with public notice as prescribed by law.
(B) Special meetings may be called by the Chairperson or by written request sent to the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson by three members of the Board.
(C) All meetings shall be open to the public in accordance with the Open Meeting statute (Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Article 6252-17).
(D) All questions presented for a vote of the Parks and Recreation Board shall be decided by a simple majority of those voting members present. Only those voting members present can vote.
