Any existing business or premises that meets the definition of an amusement redemption machine or device establishment or amusement redemption machine or device premises must comply with all the provisions of this chapter within 30 days of the effective date of this chapter including, but not limited to, obtaining a permit. Failure to obtain a permit within 30 days of the effective date while continuing operations of the amusement redemption machine or device establishment or amusement redemption machine or device premises will be a violation of this chapter.
