§ 120.09 PERSONS UNDER 18 PROHIBITED; SIGN TO BE DISPLAYED.
   (A)   No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises of any amusement redemption machine or device establishment unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
   (B)   Any person holding a permit shall prominently display on the premises a sign reading as follows:
   "MINORS UNDER EIGHTEEN YEARS (18) OF AGE NOT ALLOWED IN THESE PREMISES UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT OR ADULT GUARDIAN"
   (C)   A person who operates an amusement redemption machine or device establishment or a person designated as an amusement redemption machine or device establishment supervisor commits an offense if he or she knowingly permits a person under 18 years of age to enter or remain on the premises unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
   (D)   No person under the age of 18 years may be allowed to participate in or play any such amusement redemption machine or device, and it shall be a violation of this chapter by the operator and supervisor for such a person to be allowed to play or participate.
