§ 32.025 EXTENDED TO COVER EXTRATERRITORIAL LIMITS.
   (A)   The Planning and Zoning Board is hereby extended in its application to include all of the area within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city. The provisions of this section shall have the same force and effect within the area of extraterritorial jurisdiction as within the corporate limits of the city, except as provided in divisions (B) and (C) below.
   (B)   No violation of any provision of §§ 32.015 through 32.024 outside the corporate limits of the city, but within the city's area of extraterritorial jurisdiction shall constitute a misdemeanor under §§ 32.015 through 32.024, nor shall any fine provided for in §§ 32.015 through 32.024 be applicable to a violation within the area of extraterritorial jurisdiction.
   (C)   In the event any provision of §§ 32.015 through 32.024 is violated within the area of extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city and outside its corporate limits, the city may institute any appropriate actions or proceedings in the district court of the county to enjoin the violation of §§ 32.015 through 32.024.
