§ 160.172 MOBILE HOME/RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.

Mobile homes and recreational vehicles shall not be permitted in a Planned Development District if a residential development is submitted as a part of the planned submission. It is the intent of this chapter to allow either the residential development with neighborhood services or Mobile Home/Recreational Vehicle Planned Development within one overall planned development district, but not both.
