§ 160.170 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
   The City Commission, after public hearing and proper notice to all parties affected and after recommendation from the City Planning and Zoning Commission, may authorize the creation of planned development districts of designated size, of a minimum of five acres, permitting but not limited to, the following uses:
   (A)   Shopping center;
   (B)   Residential development with neighborhood services or A-2 Mobile Home/Recreational Vehicle Park District;
   (C)   Medical center and hospital;
   (D)   Civic center and community center;
   (E)   Office or business center;
   (F)   Recreation center;
   (G)   Industrial center; and
   (H)   A combination of any of the developments listed in divisions (A) through (G) above with the exception of A-2 Mobile Home/Recreational Vehicle Park District as set out in division (B) above.
