(A) Front yard. No restrictions.
(B) Side yard. All structures shall either be on the line or be set back at least five feet from the line. For those structures abutting a side street the building may be built up to the property line on the side street.
(C) Rear yard. No restrictions.
(D) Area of lot. The minimum area of a lot shall be 6,000 square feet or as recorded in the County Courthouse as of August 23, 1982.
(E) Width of lot. The minimum width of the lot shall be 50 feet or as recorded in the County Courthouse as of August 23, 1982.
(F) Depth of lot. The minimum depth of the lot shall be 120 feet as recorded in the County Courthouse as of August 23, 1982.
(G) Size of structure. The minimum size of the structure shall be 900 square feet.
