§ 160.110 USE REGULATIONS.

   (A)   No dwelling units shall be allowed;

   (B)   Banks and offices;

   (C)   Restaurants, cafés and bars;

   (D)   Retail stores;

   (E)   Dry cleaners and laundromats;

   (F)   Bakeries;

   (G)   Barber and beauty shops;

   (H)   Theaters;

   (I)   Gasoline service stations permitted only if they are located on a corner lot;

   (J)   Post offices and other governmental buildings;

   (K)   Liquor sales; and

   (L)   The above specified stores, shops or businesses shall be establishments selling merchandise primarily at retail and conducted wholly within enclosed buildings.
