(A) Whenever a structure is erected or converted for single-family or multiple-family dwelling units, two paved off-street parking space(s) directly accessible from the street by means of a paved driveway, shall be provided on the lot for each dwelling unit in the structure.
(B) Churches shall provide one off-street parking space for each five seats.
(C) Schools shall provide one off-street parking space for each ten students plus one space for each employee.
(D) Hospitals shall provide two off-street parking spaces for each five beds.
(E) Clinics shall provide two off-street parking spaces for each 250 square feet of floor space within the building but in no case shall there be less than five off-street parking spaces provided.
(F) Hotels and motels shall provide two off-street parking spaces for each rental unit in the building.
(G) Lodging and boarding houses shall provide a minimum of two off-street parking spaces plus one parking space for each guest bedroom.
(H) Condominiums shall provide two off-street parking spaces for each dwelling unit.
(I) No parking garage or structure shall be erected in a required front or side yard.
(J) All parking spaces shall be a minimum of nine feet in width and 18 feet in length. They shall be paved and be directly accessible from the street by means of a paved driveway. Whenever a structure is erected or converted for single-family or multiple-family dwelling units, two paved off-street parking space(s) directly accessible from the street by means of a paved driveway, shall be provided on the lot for each dwelling unit in the structure.
