The City Planning and Zoning Commission shall elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and the other officers as may be deemed necessary for a period of one year. It shall adopt rules for the practical and efficient transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, which record shall be a public record. At least one meeting per month shall be held and additional meetings may be held from time to time upon call of the Chairperson. Should a member of the Commission fail to attend three consecutive regular monthly meetings of the Commission, the member shall be automatically dropped from the Commission and a vacancy thereon declared.
