(A) Any use permitted in the R-2 District;
(B) Townhouses;
(C) Apartment buildings;
(D) Boarding and lodging houses;
(E) Hotels, motels and condominiums. Hotels, motels and condominiums which may have businesses such as cafés, barber shops, beauty parlors, gift shops and other similar businesses normally associated with the businesses located within the confines of the hotel, motel or condominium; and
(F) Hospitals, clinics, convalescent homes and day care centers meeting all local, county, state and federal regulations.
