§ 159.38 CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS REQUIRED FOR DEMOLITION.
   A permit for the demolition of an historic landmark or property within an historic district, including secondary buildings and landscape features, shall not be granted by the building inspector without first obtaining a certificate of appropriateness by the Historic Preservation Board, as provided for in §§ 159.35, 159.36 and 159.37 of this chapter.
